Remembering Lemuria is created from an original digital illustration.
Lemuria is an ancient land of the same legendary status as Atlantis,
Apparently, co-existing on Earth at the same time.
The Lemurians were connected to nature and animals. They worked together with the earth in harmony. The Lemurians communicated telepathically with plants and animals in order to ensure balance for the planet.
This illustration depicts a Lemurian earth angel holding a Merkabah containing the elements of water, earth, air, fire and either. everything we need for life on earth.

I created this artwork as a digital illustration, working with professional software, digital canvas and pens. while I also paint the traditional way, I feel this kind of subject matter can be conveyed beautifully digitally. The colours are sharp and clear, and the layers you can create expand the work and offer a depth of dimension that is unique to digital art.
Although the art is digital it still takes many hours and an extra toolbox of skills for the artist to portray the essence of the subject in a digital painting. I hope the soul of the Lemurian earth angel and the love she feels for the earth and nature come across in this piece.
