We don’t accept returns unless there is something wrong with the item. If your order arrives damaged then please get in touch at contact@lemurianark.com and let us know. We don’t expect you to return damaged items to us but please take photographs if possible as this will assist us when making a claim as they are produced and shipped via a third party.

We do not accept any returns on gift cards purchases.

This work is Printed by an award winning specialist fine art printer with whom I work closely with to achieve the best possible results, so please contact me with photos and or any issues you may have with the quality of the print canvas/frame or packaging/delivery problems.  

I really appreciate my fellow animal lovers and the animals they share their life with. 

My aim is to give healing and connection for you with your animal companion alongside creating a beautiful artwork and memorial to last.

It is of utmost importance to me that you are satisfied with the finished artwork and that you have had a meaningful experience.

If you are dissatisfied with your art work in any way or it arrives damaged please email me directly and I will be happy to assist you.

FOR A4 HAND DRAWN SKETCHES

I will send a photo of the sketch before I post it for your approval.

The sketch will be drawn on thick paper for ease of framing. 

The sketch will be packaged for shipping world wide.
